Our buddy Saam Farahmand is a little guy, but he is quickly becoming the biggest new music video director in the universe. All the hot UK bands are getting him to do their videos, including Klaxons, Good Shoes and New Young Pony Club. He’s also touring with Soulwax making their next documentary which is going to be “better than Spinal Tap”, and has just made the latest video for Simian Mobile Disco, which is great.
When asked about the making of the video, Saam said: “I got sick of waiting for someone to invent Shoreditch porn, so I did it myself.”

to say one more thing about soulwax. there's a scene in the docu 'saam' is making about them on which this 'simian' clip is actually based. soulwax and a shitload of hot looking girls where just drinking & doping around a big table and it all ended in a huge orgie... good times were never better.

i met him at fabric when he was filming soulwax, didnt know who he was though, he seemed to like filming mine and my friends crazy dancing though.
