2. RESPECTIVE AGENTS INVOLVED SHOULD BE DENIED ACCESS TO ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS AND PLACED ON ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE PENDING THE APPOINTMENT; AND
3. THESE AGENTS ARE ENDANGERING THE PUBLIC – MANDATORY IMPRISONMENT IS CRITICAL.

My name is Bert Agrela and I need assistance from your office. Specifically, I need to determine the names of (Anti- Terrorism Taskforce (FBI) agents who are actively engaged in direct obstruction pf justice thru the torture of electromagnetic weapons. This matter is significant and would justify your efforts. In short, my wife was raped by a terrorist taskforce agent and coerced into performing sex acts – thru the use of electromagnetic weapons.

Electromagnetic weapons are a type of weapon that directs energy at a target from a distance – and is integrated into spy satellites. Where two electromagnetic lasers cross, they effectively create friction -- thereby torturing the target. Magnets are transparent to infrastructure and the physics here are electromagnetic. Some officials misused this technology for personal sexual jollies. After my wife was raped, she was consistently tortured, threatened, and suffered significant brain damage. The United States Government still uses Electromagnetic Weapons to drive individuals to suicide. This technology is, for the most part, classified but information is available at www.layinstitute.org

Filipinas were targeted here in the Bay Area probably because they met the demographics: no family ties in this country; gullible, programmable. Several of them were driven to suicide after being used as sex slaves. The cable Filipino channel aired an 800 number asking for information pertaining to the numerous suicides.

The Filipino Consulate (Moralis) in San Francisco considers this a matter serious and is investigating. Both the House and Senate Judiciary are also reviewing this matter.

Since I reported this matter to the FBI office in San Francisco (and spoke to their duty Agents), the individual who raped my wife (and/or his colleagues) were instrumental in attempting to drive my wife and I to suicide thru the use of these Electromagnetic weapons. These individuals have a motive. It should be noted that this, in itself, constitutes obstruction of justice.

I wish to name individuals who were either harassed or tortured thru the use of Electromagnetic weapons:

I met with Kim Briggs [US Attorney in Oakland] three times. She still hasn't phoned me back to tell me the name of the 1st federal agent who raped my wife and the numerous civil/human rights abuses on Oxford Circle in Dublin, CA. Senator Feinstein knows all about this.

Through the looking glass -- what was science fiction a few years ago, human tecnology wise, is science fact, with a pace rapid enough it isn't accepted as part of our reality.
