LONDON - JUNIOR SPESH
There are approximately 128 different fried chicken shops in London and everyone has their favourite. I like lapping up the greasy gristle at Al Halal Fried Chicken. However, the current champion chicken spot is Southern Fried Chicken, according to fast food connoisseurs/East London grime crew Red Hot. They like it so much that they’ve even written a homage to the £1.50 Junior Special Meal. It’s been around for a while but the video is such giggles that we just had to meet up with MC Jaxor and probe him about oily poultry.
Vice: Breast or leg?
MC Jaxor: Well, I’m a breast man myself.
Popcorn chicken: yes / no?
I don’t believe in popcorn chicken. It’s just another name for chicken nuggets. KFC are just trying to be smart so they can make more money.
Who does the best chips?
McDonald's, hands down. I had a massive argument with my girlfriend about this the other day.
What’s so good about Southern Fried Chicken?
Every time we went to studio we always bought the Junior Special Meal. We shortened it to Junior Spesh as a joke. We then decided to put it on a beat and just keep it among ourselves. But the tune got leaked somehow and we got such a good response from the public that we decided to do a video to the song.
Isn't this just reinforcing racial stereotypes?
I never saw it in that light you know. If people find it racist it wasn't intentional. We’re just imitating the way the shopkeeper talks to us. He's happy with the song. It got him a lot of customers.
DOMINIC TUNON

tennessee fried chicken near mornington crescent is the best chicken you can get. the local rudeboys here love sam's chicken in wealdstone where you can get two chicken burgers and two portions of chips for two pounds, but that isn't chicken.

Perhaps this should be shown in schools? Is the gun shot the sound a chicken being terminated? It's great that kids are getting the high moral values and quality education that our government promotes. Well done kids.

It is actually Plaistow, not Canning Town as the postcode is: E13 8EQ & does not consist of E16 to which is a postcode for Canning Town & trust me I am a local so I should know!!!!!

Are the words displayed during the chorus so that we can all sing along. Because I would be very happy to give this a go at a kareoke night.
Another thing, Favourite Chicken, SE22, is obvisouly the best place to go for a SFC as they call it. Idiots.
