LONDON – HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL
The bursting of the dot com bubble in San Francisco was bad news for big business but a blessing for artists. The vacated studios, lofts and real estate meant that creative types could once again afford to live in the city. The Needles + Pens gallery was at the heart of San Francisco's artistic community before and after the dot com era. An exhibition showcasing the work of its brightest talents is now being shown at the 96 Gillespie gallery. Here's a quick look at what's on show.

"creative types could once again afford to live in the city."
that's effing funny. you obviously have no idea what's really happening in san francisco. at least you know a good art show when you see one.
