NEW YORK - AWK VS. PIT

Still flushed with his recent victory over the Juggalos, Andrew WK dropped by last night's Pogo In Togo to play a solo guitar set comprised of one song he made up off the top of his head, another song he made up off the top of his head that turned into "My Boyfriend's Back" toward the end, a version of "Sittin on the Dock of the Bay" that turned into "My Way," and, to close, "Chantilly Lace." In terms of 10-minute shows, it was easily the best thing we've seen since Crom disintegrated on the very same stage last Friday. Continue below for some footage of the set.

K. look like some elephant playing his dad's un-tuned guitar with oven mittens on when no one is watching their back. Andrew is now nearly good enough for the happy-hour every-hour circutboard.
