Wow. The chapel is amazing. I can't believe it's been left basically untouched.

hecklejyde

this would have been a lot scarier if you went at night... going during the day is a total puss out.

home sweet home.

I always find it weird that they decide to make housing out of areas that used to be used for medical treatments. they recently turned a hospital into expensive flats nearby and the thought of living in a place where so many people died gives me the creeps. at least they are demolishing this place first.

totally torso

so where is the pic of the torso???? was mentioned it was real, i want proof!

Leper

Those fucking places are far worse in the daylight than at night. Probably because no one goes at night.

poozer

i want to take a huge shit in that contraption. i've never crapped in a lid that leads to the floor before. sounds like fun.

Kelly

cara

im moving into a place which used to be a nunnery next year, think of all the weird shit that would have gone on there...the lady said when she was working on the roof, a load of kids toys fell down.
my rooms dirtyyyy cheap though, because they havnt decorated it since the nuns left, irrelavent but niiiice.
cool photos, more hizzle drizzle like this please

There's an asylum in Kalamazoo, Michigan that is exactly like the one in this article. Definitely the scariest building I've ever set foot in. The similarities I see in these pictures are frightening.

Cool photos. HOWEVER, promising people a torso and then not delivering it is like wagging a Mars bar in front of a rabid dog and expecting him not chew your hand of: its silly.

The Ridges Asylum in Athens, Ohio is way older and cooler than this place...even without a British accent. I have a studio in one of the old patient's rooms and full access to the building. It was supposedly THE destination for a lobotomy in the 1800s and people would line up for hours. There is a comic written about it and the infamous "Stain" starring me and my studio.

Seriously. Pics or it didn't happen.

Jacob.

we have an abandoned mental hospital in preston and there's a mile long tunnel in a direct straight line that leads from the city to the basement of it that they used to take mental serial killers there safely so they wouldnt escape. and theres loads of smashed up cells and loads of people stay there at night and its haunted as fuck. proper cool.

Stuart

No more comments until we get the torso.

I actually went to high school in an old asylum(in Sweden), that's pretty creepy when you come to think about it. I think that Hitler's officer Göring actually sat there for a while(pre ww2).
When I was a kid it was still in use and the boys in my class used to go there and tease the patients...
I'd really love to live there now, though. The older buildings were made into beautiful expensive apartments.

Presumably startled to be receiving a call from an international celebrity, the boyfriend ended up asking, "Who are you to care about us?" Eduardo then confidently stated, "If you don’t want this baby, I will take it. I will adopt the child!" Eduardo made the same heartfelt offer that his character had made in Bella.
